Fever Grass Witbier
Our Belgian Witbier is a thirst-quenching beer you drink when back from a day of outdoor activities. Fever Grass, also known as Lemon Grass, is a Belizean favourite we grew up on. This brew combines the classic ingredients of coriander and orange peel with a Belizean native; Fever Grass tea.

Pineapple Pale Ale
An easy crushable pale ale with a local fruit, this time pineapple, a Belizean classic. Modest bitterness and hop aroma combined with traditional malt profile. In Belize, pineapple is a new crop that is being βgroomedβ to become an important second crop for farmers.

Valencia IPA
This is our Belizean version of a citrus IPA with a perceptible combination of malty and citrus flavours grown in the Stann Creek District. If you take a drive down south of Belize, youβll get to see the groves of oranges along the highway. The taste is refreshing, with hops and malts battling each other for a bigger, bolder, more bitter character.

Mamey Smash
A SMaSH is a Single Malt and Single Hop, American Pale Ale Style beer brewed with ripe mamey fruit from local trees in Ladyville. The flesh of the mamey bears a complex sweet and savoury flavour. This beer has a very fresh tropical fruit and bitter character, enjoyable every day.

Caramel Ale
The rich ale overtones are from Belizean brown sugared cooked into a sweet dark caramel. This classic caramel is used in traditional cakes and pastries in Belize for years. The malty aroma comes from a combination of malt grains and galaxy hops.

Soursop Hazy IPA
This hazy gives an aromatic impression of a delicate soursop fruit. A seasonal favorite, Belizeans have used this fruit to make smoothies, ice-cream, and juices for years. The first sip has a tropical character with an assertive hoppiness, and a hint of sweetness.

Punkin Spice Ale
This pale ale has a spicy, peppery note with a sweeter more malty character. Brewed for the season with freshly crushed Belizean all spice, ginger and pumpkin puree. A favorite among the craft brewing world we brought this brew to evoke warm feelings of pumpkin pie.

Mango Ale
An easy drinking Pale Ale with mango flavours and aroma. Mangoes are in season normally between May to July in Belize, with over 40 varieties grown all over the country. This seasonal favourite has a crisp finish with a traditional malt profile, a delicious summer beer.

Coco Pine Pale
This summer we had a contest where passionate and curious drinkers could suggest what we should brew for a chance to brew with us. This winning ingredient was Coconut, a staple found in every corner. This Pale Ale draws its flavour from toasted coconut and caramelized pineapples. Two Belizean classics brewed with Ryan and Anthony Craig.

Starfruit Gose
This Gose boasts a fruity twang and low hop bitterness. Itβs brewed starfruits sourced from local farmers in a Taiwanese community. Sea salt and coriander add a crisp finish to this beer. The idea of this Gose was suggested by Caroyln & Jose Vasiliauskas of San Pedro, Belize.

Banana Hefeweizen
A bakerβs delight with a combination of unfiltered yeast, wheat malt and banana bread esters, perceptible cinnamon and vanilla flavours. This brew holds sweet aromas of cloves and with a robust body.

A prominent hop aroma with a citrusy, floral, and resinous character from four different hops. Clean malty sweetness with a juicy grapefruit flavour.

Passion Fruit Blonde
A mild sweetness with fruity aromas from tropical passion fruit pulp. Complete with a medium dry finish and moderate hop bitterness. This beer was brewed by our contest winner, Jose Marin.
